Performance-only compensation

Any engagement requires a separate written agreement defining the outcome, baseline, attribution rules, measurement period, exclusions, fee calculation and payment timing. Agency fees are earned only when agreed results occur. There is no guarantee of revenue, ranking, return on ad spend or growth.

Media budgets and scope

Clients pay approved media spend directly to advertising platforms. Media spend is separate from agency compensation. Account access, testing scope, creative or development work, third-party costs, returns, stockouts, promotions and tracking failures must be addressed in the written agreement.
