Information you submit

When you submit the enquiry form, we collect your name, email address, store or ad-platform details, message and consent record. The form sends these details to our enquiry webhook at webhook.nexus-relay.stream so Twin Lofter can review and respond. Do not include sensitive personal information.

Why we use it

We use enquiry details to assess fit, answer your message and contact you about working together. We do not currently run analytics scripts, advertising pixels or site-set cookies.

Service providers and retention

The webhook provider and site host may process ordinary request information. Their exact roles, locations and retention periods must be confirmed before launch; the operator should update this notice with those details.

Your choices

You may choose not to submit the form. You can request access, correction or deletion of information held about your enquiry through the verified contact route published before launch.

Fonts

Pages request Fraunces and Work Sans from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google to obtain those resources. Google’s handling of that request is governed by its own policies.
